Maintenance Mechanic - VCI

Maintenance Mechanic/Technician is responsible for maintenance and preventative maintenance repairs of machinery and mechanical equipment. Maintain safety of machinery by performing routine inspections and risk assessment of maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on systems, machinery and equipment.
• Provide maintenance support for shift operations, including but not limited to repairs and preventative maintenance for forklifts, saws and production tables.
• Perform electrical tasks as needed
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
• Identify & report the need for major repairs

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in maintenance preferred
• Must have welding experience
• Electrical Knowledge preferred.
• Must know how to operate a fork lift

REQUIRED EXPIERIENCE

• Good written and oral communication skills are required.
• Ability to read, understands, and follows oral and written instructions.
• Ability to deal courteously with customers, co-workers, and construction personnel.
