Secret IT Program Manager

Spectrum is seeking highly qualified Program Manager to support our proposal for a new program located in Norfolk, VA. Provide Program Management support and administrative support to Team Spectrum. The Program Manager will

provide strong organizational and technical management skills and have the ability to perform detail-oriented work while being a Self-motivated individual with strong analytical skills.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, your role will involve providing guidance and support to the United States Government (USG) in areas such as Industrial Management, Workforce Management, Financial Management, Business Operations, and Maintenance Data Systems support. You will be responsible for overseeing the scope, budget, timeline, and risk of IT projects, ensuring their successful completion. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring that all personnel involved in the contract meet the requirements set out in the Task Order, including any necessary security clearances.

Responsibilities will include: 

      - Manage multiple IT projects focused on IT Rationalization and the IT infrastructure and provisioning of circuits for private shipyards.

Contractor must provide personnel who meet or exceed the requirements, ensuring a 100% compliance with the Acceptance Quality Level (AQL).

Requirements

General Experience: The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least ten (10) years of experience managing projects related to Information Technology support services.

Specialized Experience: Additionally, the candidate must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working on IT projects involving the design, maintenance, or operation of IT systems and equipment.

The Program Manager should also possess extensive expertise in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
