Overview
The eMAR Integration Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of eMAR integrations from pilot with our pharmacy dispensing systems and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrations remain functional and streamlined. The role requires technical knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, eMAR systems and long-term care pharmacy operations. This position will support eMAR related special projects, enhancements and own the interdepartmental project management and technical support escalation of eMAR related workflow.
This is a remote opportunity and applicants can reside in any State within the Continental USA.

Responsibilities
- Manages integration implementation/onboarding processes for any net new integrations or strategic integration enhancements requiring a rollout to live environments
- Coordinates internal development, account management, operations and external eMAR vendor as well as customer stakeholders as needed to accomplish successful rollouts
- Maintains ongoing eMAR integrations for a pilot period. Ensuring they function as designed and that designs meet both customers’ requests as well as compliance standards
- Performs pre- and post-implementation assessments to identify areas for improvement
- Creates and provide technical support documentation as a handoff from pilot period to life cycle support
- Acts as an escalation point for complex integration and systems issues for internal support structures such as account management, operations, or sales
- Maintains internal and external customer-facing documentation for eMAR integrations and processes
- Partners with eMAR Implementations and eMAR Support with vendor relationship management and roadmap
- Owns vendor scheduled or unscheduled outage notifications and communicate impact to internal escalation teams
- Collaborates with interdepartmental teams to streamline processes and improve customer outcomes related to integrations and support
- Projects manage eMAR special projects related to integration, enhancement or development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of experience in project management and technical support required
- Knowledge of eMAR/EHR systems like PointClickCare, QuickMAR, MatrixCare, Yardi, etc. required
- Understanding of Healthcare Interoperability standards (HL7, NCPDP) required
- Strong proficiency in core Microsoft Suite as well as a basic understanding of Microsoft Power Apps. required
- Experience in long-term care pharmacy operations preferred
- Familiarity with FrameworkLTC, QS1, AS400, ServiceNow, DocuTrack/ECM, or other commonly used pharmacy systems preferred
