THE WORK
Qualified candidate will perform reviews related to format and style requirements for Aegis technical documentation as assigned. Review authoring files for validation of tagging and completeness. Update, validate, and troubleshoot. Review Aegis technical documentation for verification of customer comments and adherence to established customer requirements. Review Aegis technical documentation for incorporation of technical data. Plan workload in accordance with established schedules and deadlines. Use of SharePoint for delivery of Aegis technical documentation. Maintain Access databases. Manage and organize high volumes of files.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience with XML or SGML or HTML.
- Experience with Microsoft Access and database administration.
- Experience with Acrobat (Standard or Pro).
- Experience with file management and organizing high volumes of data.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time without daily monitoring.
- Attention to detail and organized.

Desired skills

- Experience with Microsoft Access, SQL, and database management.
- Experience validating and reviewing XML or SGML or HTML tagging.
- Experience with S1000D.
- Experience with Common Source Data Base (CSDB) such as Contenta.
- Experience with scripting/coding/batch commands.
- Experience with US Navy or other military.
- Previous experience working to government contract requirements, S0300-A7-AEG-010 and/or Milstandards.
