Job Summary
Responsible for leading implementation and monitoring efforts for frontline-facing tool deployments that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. This role ensures successful adoption through structured change management strategies, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Works with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and track change management efforts and deployments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and readiness across all impacted areas. Serves as a subject matter expert in implementation best practices and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment planning and execution for frontline-facing tools, ensuring alignment with operational goals and timelines.
- Monitor implementation progress and adoption metrics, identifying risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain change management and deployment playbooks with repeatable processes to ensure scalability and consistency across regions or business units.
- Assess organizational readiness, design communication strategies, and manage resistance to change.
- Create and track success metrics for tool adoption and process effectiveness; provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Facilitate feedback loops and continuous improvement cycles, incorporating frontline input into future deployments.
- Helps to define success metrics for each new system or process and establishes a plan to track, monitor and measure the success of those metrics.
- Develops repeatable and thus scalable, plans and processes in order to speed time to market and improve operational efficiency.
- Interacts closely with matrixed cross-functional teams (both field and corporate) in order to secure alignment.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
