We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of International Program Management to lead and oversee our global programs and initiatives. As the Director, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of international projects, ensuring their successful planning, execution, and completion. Your strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and strong cross-cultural communication skills will be vital in driving the success of our international programs and achieving our organizational goals.

What You Will Do:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for international program management, aligning with the organization's objectives and long-term vision.
2. Grow a team of program managers providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful project execution.
3. Oversee all aspects of international program management, including project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of international programs.
5. Identify and assess potential risks and challenges associated with international projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
6. Work with our head of Retail on mapping out retail expansion opportunities and driving the projects forwards with accompanying disciplines in the organization
7. Foster strong relationships with international partners, stakeholders, and clients, serving as the main point of contact for program-related matters.
8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of international programs, tracking key metrics and providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
9. Drive continuous improvement efforts, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing streamlined processes and tools to optimize program management efficiency.
10. Represent the organization at international conferences, seminars, and events, showcasing our programs, building networks, and exploring new opportunities for collaboration.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, international relations, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in international program management, including successful oversight of complex projects across multiple countries and cultures.
3. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals and objectives.
4. Excellent cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
5. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
6. Solid understanding of global business dynamics, geopolitical trends, and cultural nuances, with experience working in international settings.
7. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Proficiency in project management software and tools, along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
10. Willingness to travel internationally as required to oversee program operations, build relationships, and represent the organization.
