CTRM Consultant - Endur Delivery, Functional

Through the program, you will gain an understanding of:

• Why our niche industry is valuable
• How we help our clients’ overall business
• Specific system knowledge of how to navigate Allegro, RightAngle, or Endur
• Applicable technical & analytics skills

The eight week capSpire ignite program finalizes with a small-group capstone mock implementation of a CTRM system.   capSpire ignite will give you broad exposure to our industry and a solid foundation to decide the direction of your career as a system consultant. Professional growth continues full speed after capSpire ignite.   Minimum Qualifications:

• BS in Accounting, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering or equivalent. 
• Ability to self manage project goals and timelines
• Ability to understand supply chain, commodity lifecycles, and financial systems and how they help solve complex business problems for specific markets
• Critical thinking problem-solving skills and the ability to think through complex scenarios
• Someone who is interested in learning different client scenarios and environments and wants to help each client with their unique business needs in E/CTRM

  Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SQL
• Tutoring or people training experience
• Internship with consulting organization
• Leadership role within campus organizations
• Understanding of software systems or the CTRM industry
