Accounting Specialist

With our combination of knowledge and leading technologies, we are taking firm steps towards becoming one of the most important players in the global online tourism industry.We are looking for an "Accounting Specialist" for Wingie GmbH’s growing Accounting team.

We are looking for a teammate who:

• Graduated from the related departments of the universities
• Has at least 3 years of experience in accounting,
• Preferably proficient in English and German,
• Is experienced in general accounting,
• Is knowledgeable in Logo Tiger program,
• Has knowledge about E-Invoice, E-Archive, and E-Ledger topics,
• Is proficient in MS Office programs,
• Is a team player and has high motivation,
• Is open to development and innovation.

What will you do?

We will expect you to:

• Create all records involved in accounting workflow,
• Provide registration and entry of all accounting transactions of the company,
• Prepare VAT, VAT2, withholding tax, BA-BS, provisional tax declaration, and corporate tax declaration within legal deadlines,
• Conduct correspondence and relationships with official institutions and organizations,
• Perform account reconciliations,
• To be familiar with the uniform chart of accounts.
