Inbound Team Lead

  

Your Tasks

• The Inbound Team Lead will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Inbound department. Including all product initially received through the warehouse and the handling of all paperwork pertaining to that merchandise. 
• Lead and provide guidance to the material handlers as well as coordinate supply chain activities withing the material handling group.
• Receives incoming material according to current receiving process, including but not limited to the following: unloading trucks with forklift, verifying correct material and quantity, performing system transactions and processing receiving paperwork.
• Ensuring accuracy of all receiving documents.
• Monitoring and managing stock levels; communicating with warehouse supervisors, service delivery team members, and vendors about upcoming deliveries.
• Logs information in SAP system.
• Load and unloads trucks.
• Plans and coordinates schedules to effectively meet customer requirements.
• Leads and monitors the work of others within the department.
• Responsible for the safety, organization, and cleanliness of the department.
• Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8AM to 4:30PM; overtime as required

 

Your Profile

• Demonstrated receiving experience in a fast paced distribution center environment
• Proven leadership experience
• Superior problem solving, decision making, planning, and organizational skills
• SAP experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Safety Knowledge
• Forklift certified a plus
• Ability to commute or relocate to: 6200 N Range Rd Las Vegas, NV
• Physical Requirements: Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of your shift. Maximum unassisted lift 35 lbs., average lift, less than 10 lbs.
