Senior AQP

<p><strong>Responsibility：</strong></p><p>1.Leading Advanced Quality Planning activities in the BU。</p><p>2.Customer interface for all quality relevant aspects in the development projects。</p><p>3.Planning, execution and surveillance of quality related activities (quality plan) in the development projects。</p><p>4.Coordination with the customer of sampling and approval processes。</p><p>5.Development and implementation of a maturity model according to customer requirements</p><p>6.Close coordination of project activities with PM and SQA</p><p><strong>Competency：</strong></p><p>1.engineering degree or comparable qualification with at least 10years working experience in automotive industry </p><p>2.several years of professional experience within development and production of Software defined products </p><p>3.several years of professional experience in the field of advanced quality planning, preferable with Infotainment devices </p><p>4.strong project management skills</p><p>5.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes (SMT, final assembly and testing) </p><p>6.In-depth knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, SPC, PPAP, FMEA, ...), problem solving methods (8D, FTA, Ishikawa,..) and OEM quality requirements (VW Formel Q, BMW GS,...) </p><p>7.very good written and spoken German and English skills </p><p>8.very good communication skills and convincing appearance </p><p>9.experienced user of MS Office and SAP</p><p></p>
