This position has a pay rate of $45,448.00 annually plus mileage

Supports the success of caseworkers by assisting the new employee's supervisor in delivering work skills training, providing mentoring, oversight and leadership to enhance new case manager's orientation.

Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related human services field with two years’ experience providing direct services in child welfare foster care required, with one year of licensing experience preferred. Knowledge of training design and implementation, including for adult learners.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Advanced knowledge of social service administration/management, and ability to use group dynamics and processes.
- Capability in use of multiple data bases such as MiSACWIS and Harmony.
- Strong understanding of DHHS policy including foster care, licensing, MiTEAM and MiSACWIS
- Ability to convey new ideas and process to others through various training methods.
- Willingness to lear
