<strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u></strong> </div><div>Duties may include, but are not limited to: </div><div>·         Oversee recruitment and hiring processes in electronic applicant tracking system, posting job openings and reviewing applications before submitting to department for interviews and selection <br> ·         Maintain comprehensive employee and retiree files, ensuring proper documentation of recruitment, interview, selection, hiring, disciplinary proceedings, and terminations </div><div>·         Liaise with all departments to identify training needs and implement/track training programs for employees. </div><div>·         Serve as the overall coordinator for new hire orientations and lead sessions on employment policies and benefit options, including pension and 401k </div><div>·         Ensure required plan notices are distributed to employees for all insurance and benefit plans </div><div>·         Oversee the benefit administration, to include the open enrollment process, and ensure that payroll deduction authorization forms are signed annually by all employees and provided to payroll department </div><div>·         Circulate Personnel Action Forms internally to payroll, accounting, and pension upon receipt for all pay changes, promotions, terminations, and other employment actions <br>         Administer FMLA process and provide required notices to employees on eligibility and documentation requirements </div><div>·        Circulate Personnel Action Forms internally to payroll, accounting, and pension upon receipt for all pay changes, promotions, terminations, and other employment actions </div><div>·         Receive, investigate, and issue reports on finding to management for EEO and harassment complaints and all other employment related issues </div><div> Maintain records of EEO-related inquiries/complaints and investigations <br> ·         Conduct exit interviews with departing employees and prepare quarterly reports for management on trends and issues <br>           Other duties as assigned by the Director </div><div> </div><div>
<strong>Payroll & Operations Manager</strong> </div><div>·         Process bi-weekly payroll for all company employees and provide back-up documentation to accountant for payroll taxes, union dues, garnishments and other deductions </div><div>·         Process timecards and payments for terminal security guards </div><div>·         Maintain paper payroll files and update employee records in the company accounting software </div><div>·         Maintain employee records in accounting software and ensure that payroll deductions and pay rates are updated as required </div><div>·         Process employer portion of disability paperwork for employees going on STD and LTD </div><div>·         Administer petty cash account and prepare monthly reconciliations to replenish account balance </div><div>·         Serve as primary back-up to receptionist for answering phone </div><div>·         Other duties as assigned by the Director </div><div> </div><div> </div><div>
<strong><u>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES</u></strong> </div><div><strong>Job Requirements </strong></div><div>·         2-year college degree in related field or 5 years related experience </div><div>·         Possession of, or ability to obtain before hiring, a valid driver's license. </div><div>·         Excellent oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to: </div><div>·                                  Communicate directly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with various individuals, including co-workers,                                                         supervisors, and passengers. </div><div>·         Precisely relay messages and convey information to others. </div><div>·         Excellent interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to: </div><div>·         Work cooperatively and effectively with others. </div><div>·         Treat all people with dignity and respect. </div><div>·         Interact with people pleasantly under routine or stressful condition </div><div>·         Accept, act upon, and offer
