About the role

As a DSA Project Closeout Project Manager or Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless certification and closeout of construction projects, particularly in the education sector. You will be responsible for meticulously planning, gathering data, coordinating, processing, and expediting project certifications. Your ultimate goal will be to produce complete and certifiable closeout packages for our clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. This position is on-site in Pasadena, not remote.

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of procedures and policies involved in project completion, with a strong understanding of the construction industry and documentation.
  • Familiarity with federal and state (preferably DSA) policies and procedures is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail, cloud-based systems, PowerPoint, Adobe, internet search engines, and project management/document control software.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and plan strategically to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, analyze, and verify data and information related to construction projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, stakeholders, and coworkers effectively.
  • Capacity to build and maintain positive working relationships with various stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and commitment to company values.
  • Adaptability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and pick up new software tools with ease.
  • High integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of professionalism in all interactions.
