Great launches shouldn't feel like a fire drill—they should feel inevitable. As our Senior-Staff, Planning Operations Lead, you will define the "Go/No-Go" rhythm that powers our launch velocity. You are the bridge builder who aligns Product, Engineering, and Risk partners on a single, unified path to release. Your mandate is simple: accelerate the good, catch the bad, and automate the rest. You will serve as the definitive face and single point of accountability for launch readiness, driving a holistic launch management approach that partners closely with our review and release teams. This includes establishing strategic partnerships with product, engineering & infrastructure teams to evolve and harden the Go/No-Go management process, ensuring system stability and resilience are core launch gates.

You’ll also serve as the key operational leader for managing our organizational data within our internal launch, planning and goaling tools. Partnering with leaders and cross-functional planning teams, you’ll enable real-time visibility through our tools to empower our teams to execute with velocity. If you love turning chaos into clarity and friction into flow, this is your role.

Responsibilities:

Drive Operational Rigor

  • You’ll implement effective governance & data validation processes to ensure operational compliance and accountability, enabling best practices across teams to ensure repeatable, scalable processes.
  • By ensuring our internal systems reflect reality, you help teams broadcast a clear, data-backed story of how their roadmap investments are driving company-wide goals.

Ensure every initiative on the roadmap is clearly tethered to a strategic "why," helping teams defend their prioritization decisions and resource needs with confidence.

  • You will ensure our partners in Security, Safety, Legal, Policy and Finance never have to guess what’s coming. By creating a unified, 360-degree view of our roadmap, you give these critical teams the tailored visibility they need to support us effectively.

Drive Data Integrity and Reporting

  • Drive data integrity across the company, ensuring that employee data, launches, goals, roadmap initiatives, and resource allocations accurately reflect reality within our tracking systems.
  • Define and track the operational KPIs that drive velocity and ensure compliance—such as on-time delivery, review throughput, and risk burndown—translating raw data into executive-level insights and dashboards.

AI-Native Toolkit & Automation

  • Contribute to Internal Tooling roadmap input, prioritization, and creation, driving us towards scalable, low-friction processes.
  • Deploy AI-driven workflows to automate the heavy lifting of launch reviews, transforming a manual process into an intelligent, frictionless experience.
  • Orchestrate deep integrations across our tool stack (tracking, incidents, experimentation, and analytics) to eliminate data silos, remove duplicate entry, and ensure near real-time accuracy.

Own communication and XFN alignment

  • As an adept and compelling communicator, you connect with individuals at every level of the organization, building strong relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders and ensuring that everyone is clear on the role they play in these processes.
  • Prepare and present summaries with key information points for exec discussion and follow up
  • Design structured engagement protocols with cross-functional partners (Security, Legal, Safety, Privacy, etc.) to ensure the right expertise is injected at the exact right moment—eliminating late-stage surprises.
  • Build a distributed governance model that balances speed with safety. You will empower teams with the autonomy to move fast, supported by shared standards and automated guardrails that keep us compliant.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in program management, product operations, launch management, or similar roles in fast‑paced technology environments.
  • Proven ownership of a product‑wide launch or release management program, including formal review processes and go/no‑go.
  • Experience operating an internal system of record for pla
