Internal Audit Manager

We are hiring for a full-time Internal Audit Manager at our Provo, Utah office.

About the Role:

We are seeking a thoughtful and detail-oriented Internal Audit Manager to join our team at our downtown Provo campus. In this full-time role, you will lead internal audit efforts to ensure our operations are efficient, compliant, and aligned with our values. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to assess risk, improve processes, and support a culture of integrity and accountability.

This position reports directly to the VP of Internal Audit and will play a key role in shaping and executing our audit strategy while mentoring a team of auditors.

What you'll do:

• Lead and manage internal audit projects from planning through reporting
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes
• Collaborate with departments across the organization globally to understand processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings to management
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Support the development and execution of the annual audit plan
• Provide guidance and mentorship to audit team members
• Assist with investigations and special projects as needed
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes
• Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• CPA, CIA, or other relavant certification
• 6+ years of experience in internal or external audit, risk management, or compliance
• Strong understanding of SOX internal control frameworks and audit methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• High level of integrity and professional ethics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit software tools
• Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Ability to travel to domestic and international locations as needed

• Public Accounting Experience
• Experience in a publicly traded or global organization
• Familiarity with data analytics tools
• Foreign language communication skills
• Experience with SAP ERP systems
• Background in performing operational audits, investigations, or special projects
• Passion for mentoring and developing others
