Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for business analysis with medical underwriting and claim adjudication expertise. The role location is open to Dublin, Paris or Zürich. Your main responsibilities will be as follow:

• Work with the business to analyze and define processes (activity steps, roles & responsibilities) and requirements, including hands-on compilation of the process-design and requirements deliverables.
• Work with business to implement the agreed processes including compilation of appropriate process implementation material such as training documents and executing training.
• Preference given to a candidate who has Agile Business Ownership experience and expertise.
• Medical underwriting subject matter expert for mortality and living benefits products.
• Deep understanding of workflow required for medical underwriting and claim adjudication processes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you bring the following professional experience:

• At least 10 years’ experience in life insurance/reinsurance within the medical underwriting and/or claims adjudication areas for individual business.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Business Analysis including Requirements Definition and Management, Test Management, Testing
• Knowledge and experience in process design and implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal English language. Verbal French a plus.
• Fast learner who is flexible to adapt to changing/challenging environment and handle multiple assignments without externalizing stress.
