As a Product Catalogue Manager, you will oversee and optimize the catalogue of products and services, ensuring alignment with business models, commercial launches, and performance data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic business initiatives, manage pricing, and drive seamless new product introductions (NPIs).
Your Role:
- Maintain and update the product/service catalogue in alignment with business models, performance insights, and GTM strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure accurate product configurations and seamless commercial launches.
- Manage business model development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
- Monitor product performance, optimize offerings, and implement catalogue updates based on insights.
- Support pricing and release processes for NPIs while contributing to commercial launch planning.
- Partner across teams to align on strategic objectives, including pricing, market positioning, and contracted offerings.
- Experience with Apttus/Conga and Salesforce is a plus.
You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in business administration, economics, computer science, IT, engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in product, project, or program management, global marketing, or managed services.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end product launch processes, including NPI and SaaS models.
- Familiarity with subscription and modern business models is advantageous.
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (Cambridge, MA) is $114,913 -$136,617.60.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
