Parking Attendant

Job Summary:

Responsible for parking vehicles and creating a smooth flow of vehicle traffic upon entry and exit from the venue

Job Functions:

• Direct motorists to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals, traffic wands, and flashlights as necessary.

• Understanding traffic flow

• Answering guest questions about parking, shuttle buses, drive-share, public transportation and general venue information.

• Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized.

• Collect parking fees from guests, or scan pre-paid tickets, when applicable.

• Lift, position, and remove barricades and traffic cones to open or close parking areas.

• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which includes implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts

• Partner with fellow crew members at the end of show to close the venue - this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, etc.

• Other tasks assigned by the Parking Manager or Supervisor.
