In this role, you will </span><span>facilitate</span><span> end-user training and develop training content for our collaboration solutions at Autodesk</span><span>.</span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>As the Collaboration Senior Trainer, you will </span><span>identify</span><span>, design, and deliver training and collaboration programs to meet current and future employee needs. This includes developing enterprise-wide programs (e.g., hybrid work, asynchronous and synchronous best practices, cross-team </span><span>collaboration</span><span> and engagement), providing best practices and practical hands-on technical knowledge to managers, teams, organizations, and leadership. You will also design and deliver a variety of learning methods to ensure effective adoption and enablement of productivity solutions. This position reports to the Collaboration Services Manager.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span><span>  </span></span><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Responsibilities</span></b> <b><span> </span></b><b><span> </span></b><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Research, recommend, design, and implement training strategies</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Plan and execute training to meet current </span><span>&amp;</span><span> future organizational needs</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Provide internal consultation to </span><span>identify</span><span> training needs and develop course content</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Prepare lesson plans and instruct participants in various formats</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Facilitate training classes</span><span> across multiple mediums including virtual, hybrid, and in-person</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Conduct follow-up to assess the effectiveness of training programs</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Develop initiatives to improve team collaboration and productivity</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Partner with H</span><span>uman </span><span>R</span><span>esources</span><span> and </span><span>research </span><span>&amp;</span><span> </span><span>design</span><span> to </span><span>facilitate</span><span> employment enablement programs</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Participate in and manage global collaboration projects and policies</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Generate reports on training initiatives and key metrics</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Work with external vendors to plan and coordinate training events</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Manage</span><span> pre-work distribution, </span><span>monitor</span><span> enrollments, and class </span><span>logistics</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Coordinate with internal teams to enter course materials into the </span><span>learning management system</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Consult on tool RFPs, feature requests, and recognition programs</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Travel maybe required</span></span></p></li></ul><p><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><p><b><span>Minimum Qualifications </span></b><span> </span></p><ul><li><p><span><span>5</span><span>-</span><span>7</span><span>+ years in technology support</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>5</span><span>+ years in </span><span>training facilitation</span><span>, and collaboration tools</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Excellent</span><span> communication and collaboration skills</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Proficiency</span><span> in Design</span><span> thinking</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Foster a collaborative and optimistic atmosphere </span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Able to decompose complex problems into manageable solutions</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Extensive experience with Microsoft suite and </span><span>other collaboration tools</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Proven </span><span>track record</span><span> in multi-functional team projects</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Knowledge of various collaboration platforms for integration and automation</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ability to document and present technical specifications</span></span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Experience in customer interaction and understanding user needs</span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p
