Job Title: Salesforce Data Architect

Location: Cracow, Poland

We're looking for a Salesforce Data Architect to join our Global IT Commercial & Digital team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the data strategy that powers our Commercial and Marketing platforms. With a global view of how data flows across systems, you’ll help connect the dots—from segmentation and profiling to advanced reporting and AI-driven insights.

As the central data expert, you'll design scalable, secure, high-performance data models that fuel business intelligence, predictive analytics, and personalisation at scale. You'll collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Process Owners to drive innovation in customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.

If you’re fluent in Salesforce (Veeva), Power BI, Datorama, Snowflake, Data Cloud, and DataBricks, and can navigate complex integration environments like Boomi and MuleSoft, this is a great opportunity to lead from the front. Main Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain a clear architectural vision, principles, and guidelines for Commercial and Marketing data solutions.

• Align IT data architecture with business objectives, supporting innovation and digital transformation.

• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance data models, ensuring adaptability to future needs.

• Select and implement data technologies, frameworks, and platforms based on business needs and best practices.

• Provide technical oversight to development teams, ensuring compliance with data governance policies.

• Conduct architectural reviews, impact assessments, and risk evaluations for new and existing solutions.

• Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and data roadmaps, ensuring clarity and accessibility.

• Continuously assess emerging technologies to enhance segmentation, profiling, and reporting capabilities.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in Data Architecture, AI, or Analytics, ideally within highly regulated sectors (e.g., Healthcare, Pharma, Financial Services)

• Proven success in Commercial and Marketing IT environments, including customer segmentation, profiling, and business intelligence

• Deep technical expertise across:

  • Salesforce (Veeva)

  • Snowflake, DataBricks, Data Cloud

  • Power BI, Datorama, and other marketing analytics platforms

  • ETL/ELT and integration tools such as Boomi, MuleSoft, and Kafka

• Strong programming and data manipulation skills in SQL, Python, and experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Release Process Management (Github)

• Solid understanding of data governance, compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, GxP), and MDM best practices

• A strategic, proactive mindset with the ability to define and execute long-term data roadmaps

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Ability to work autonomously while leading global initiatives and partnering with analysts to drive business impact
