This Staff Nurse will be responsible for:
- Perioperative care in circulating and scrub roles in an ambulatory surgery setting
- Providing clinical support and resources.
- Working collaboratively in a family-centered perioperative environment.
- Working 40 hours per week.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- A minimum of 1 year of BCH RN experience or 1 year of acute care RN experience strongly preferred
- New Graduate RN's can be considered for this role
This position will start in BCH Lexington and transition to BCH Needham upon completion of the ambulatory care building (anticipated to open early 2026). Training for this position will occur in both Lexington, MA and Waltham, MA.
Join a unique entry to OR training program for new graduate RNs. Nurses will receive didactic learning through AORN Periop 101™. This combined with clinical orientation will prepare the RN to function in the circulator and scrub roles in the operating room.
