Location: US - Remote

About the role:

The Director, People Operations is at the forefront of Aviatrix’s efforts to enable the sustainable and scalable growth of our global team. You’ll be an architect and builder, leading a team to design and implement key programs, policies and processes to support candidates and employees at all stages. Through partnership with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, you’ll drive organizational change, leverage data and analytics to evolve programs, and ensure that we’re shipping world-class experiences to all our candidates and employees.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement key People Operations (HR and Talent Acquisition) infrastructure that will enable Company to scale smoothly in the years to come
  • Oversee the roadmap and administration of people-related programs and policies including, but not limited to, all stages of the employee journey, benefits, leaves of absence, HR & recruiting tech stack, immigration, labor compliance, etc.
  • Drive critical people and cross functional projects & initiatives that are beneficial to employees in all of Aviatrix’s global locations and setting scalable frameworks as we expand our footprint globally
  • Serve as an internal consultant to the HRBPs, Talent Acquisition and stakeholders across the organization on a variety of HR topics 
  • Enable maximizing efficiency and upscaling processes, including proposing new or improved processes, guidelines, tools and systems to support the organization’s needs
  • Collaborate across the People Team to create and continuously fine-tune programs through feedback loops, metrics, trends, key insights and detailed analyses
  • Build analytics capability to ensure key stakeholders have the right insight inform decision making
  • Anticipate needs and proactively offer to implement solutions to be in lock step with the growth of the business

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of progression experience in HR operations
  • Strong operational background with experience working in hyper-growth technology companies with teams in multiple states and international locations
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize and drive to success multiple projects simultaneously with demonstrated subject matter expertise in HR and talent acquisition tech stacks, compensation and benefits, people analytics, immigration, employment law and people policies and processes
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills, tact and discretion in handling information, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. 
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work with all levels
  • Expertise in HRIS systems, specifically Rippling and building out intergrations utilizing multiple HR technology toolsets
  • Strong quantitative skills is a must (advanced formulas, business insights tools)
  • Superior organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional relationships and priorities

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $242,000 – $293,900 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education.  The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
