What you will do

Deputy Head of the Group "Risk Management & International Controls (FOEC)":
•    Co-responsibility for the strategic and tactical interface management to the external auditors, Group Controls (incl. Group SOX), Group IT (VTIS), Vodafone Shared Service Centers (Pune and Budapest) and external partners (e.g. Arvato, IBM) in all matters relating to compliance, risk management and internal control system 
•    Development and optimisation of the risk and control system in coordination with members of the ExCo and responsible directors

Responsibility for an effective internal control system:
•    Design and operational effectiveness of the internal control system (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) at Vodafone Deutschland, Kabel Deutschland, the former Unitymedia and the Financial Clearing House
•    Responsibility for the effectiveness of the IT control system (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) at Vodafone DE, Kabel Deutschland and the former Unitymedia. This includes the management of the GITC team (>10 employees).
•    Responsibility for the strategic development of the business and IT control environment

Risk Management:
•    Development of the annual company-wide risk assessment in line with the Group Risk Management Standards to serve the requirements of the equity market
•    Development of risk and mitigation strategies in cooperation with the respective responsible ExCo members

Other:
•    Development of the impact analysis and risk assessment in the context of Business Continuity Management (BCM) in cooperation with Security 
•    Responsibility for the preparation of the TKG report by an independent expert for timely submission to the Federal Network Agency
•    Responsibility, development, implementation and monitoring of various risk and compliance projects
 

What sets you apart

•    University degree (business knowledge, business informatics or similar)
•    8-10 years of relevant work experience
•    Experience in project management
•    Experience in dealing with senior management
•    Professional experience in the telecommunications industry
•    Starker Finance- und IT-Background
•    Excellent process knowledge, especially in finance and IT
•    Extensive experience in managing complex projects
•    Excellent, long-term experience in the field of consulting, auditing, auditing, etc.
•    Excellent knowledge of Internal Controls (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)
•    Knowledge of billing processes (rating, billing)
•    SAP Knowledge
•    Fluent in English and German
•    Very good communication skills
•    Is able to communicate with senior management and remains steadfast even in the event of escalation

This position can be full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours).
