That's why we need you, an experienced IT business analyst who knows how to analyze every aspect of the client’s operations and give them steps to improve their process.

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll work to develop leading-edge applications. Working with your team of project leads, developers, testers, and business analysts, you will identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll guide your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. You’ll gather customer application data and diagrams, leverage expertise in recommending baseline monitoring thresholds, recommend performance monitoring, and provide monitoring tool infrastructure recommendations. Work with program leadership to monitor cost, schedule, performance, and risk of multiple tasks and activities. You’ll provide technical solutions necessary to inform the client and make recommendations for improvement to program leadership. You’ll impact the client organization by contributing to program strategy, defining business requirements for the customer, and helping to eliminate risks across projects.

You Have: 

• 2+ years of experience with IT business analysis and project or task management

• Experience working in the healthcare industry as a technical expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, healthcare semantics, informatics, and multiple platforms

• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

• Experience with strategic communications, and as aF deck writer developing a message to multiple clients, stakeholders, and project teams

• Knowledge of the Agile software and project management delivery lifecycle, and planning through development

• Ability to provide technical and functional support as part of a client service team for the two inter-connected IT data applications

• Ability to perform as a technical expert, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, healthcare semantics, informatics, and multiple platforms

• Ability to work with different teams and across organizations to present and communicate analytical findings on an independent basis

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

• Experience managing user stories in JIRA or Confluence

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
