The Program Manager – Global Operations leads a related group of complex projects and teams driving towards agreed outcomes. They provide guidance and direction to all their project teams, providing support and cover when required. The role works closely with International and Global executive and senior management teams and represents the program of work in reviews with TU Leadership.

What You'll Bring:

  • Program/Project Management qualification such as PMP, PgMP, APM, Prince2
  • 7+ years Program Management Experience
  • This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

  • Manage multiple projects across a Program of work to achieve desired business outcomes and business value.
  • Balance & influence the expectations of senior executives and members of the project teams.
  • Define Program objectives, project interdependencies and critical milestones.
  • Drive sharing of information, solutions, and best practices with others across global enterprise boundaries.
