About the Role:                

The IRSS (Intensive Resiliency and Support) Program Supervisor is a member of Community Reach Center’s IRSS Team. The Supervisor and IRSS team are trained and specialize in providing trauma informed therapy and skills supports to consumers ages 3 to 21 years old and their families in their own homes/environment who live in Adams and Broomfield counties. The Supervisor will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Program Manager.

Essential Functions

  • Oversees, coordinates, and provides professional leadership in the provision of clinical therapeutic services provided by the program.
  • Train and evaluate staff to maintain quality within the team, encourage growth and development while instilling awareness of cultural diversity.
  • Identify, implement, and monitor customer service standards to ensure team is meeting internal and external customer needs in a professional manner.
  • Provides direct consumer care utilizing evidence based best practice models; develop, evaluate, and modify programs as required.
  • Ensures accuracy, quality and efficiency standards are met with regards to medical record standards and case management services for consumers. Advocates appropriate services for consumers.
  • Participates in and utilizes opportunities that provide professional growth through attendance at center in-services and other conferences and by conducting consultation and education functions as indicated.
  • Interfaces with Colorado Department of Adams County Social Services Department staff, attorneys, and other court personnel to provide consultation services regarding the reunification of children/families.
  • Provide clinical supervision to staff, as determined by state licensure or certification, the experience of the supervisor, and Community Reach Center’s recommendations governing the qualifications of clinical supervisors.
  • Coordinating appropriate referrals from internal Community Reach Center programs including but not limited to outpatient, school based, youth shelter.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Required from accredited program in Counseling or related field+
  • Ability to register with DORA
  • Preferred, but not required a professional counseling licensure (LP, LPC, LMFT, LCSW),
  • Preferred, but not required 1-2 years of experience as a supervisor, general performance coaching, and cultivating a learning environment is preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and keyboard.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
