Associate Attorney - Corporate & Securities

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 50 firm, is seeking an associate attorney with at least 3 years of experience in public company reporting and compliance, capital markets, and/or corporate governance to join their dynamic Corporate & Securities group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in public company reporting and compliance matters.
• Support capital markets transactions.
• Provide corporate governance advice to a diverse range of industries.
• Advise on corporate governance and transactional matters for private companies.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of public company regulations and compliance.
• Knowledge of capital markets and corporate governance principles.
