The ideal candidate must be based in Lisbon. </p><p>The main scope of responsibility is to own multiple relationships with key responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction and technology growth in our hotels, along with building long-term partnerships with the Accor Group.</p><p>You will be responsible for a team of field services and PMs.</p><p><strong>Your main responsibilities will be: </strong></p><ul><li>Managing the field services resources</li><li>Supporting the CTS Team in achieving targets</li><li>Building and empowering a strong team of Field services through effective guidance</li><li>Assisting in preparing Hotel Budget guidelines to present to owners</li><li>Ensuring the delivery of the Field Services</li><li>Ensuring the satisfaction of the clients following on FS intervention</li><li>Providing KPIs and Dashboard</li><li>Coordinating projects within the Region and as well as their execution</li><li>Overseeing and assisting with the implementation of Accor Tech initiatives at a hotel level</li><li>Ensuring compliance with Corporate and industry standards guidelines and requirements</li><li>The review and approval of the new Accor Accor Tech Policies and guidelines before they are applied to hotels such us user rights, security policy or preventive maintenance</li><li>Ensuring that the Tech business continuity plan is well defined and communicated to the hotels</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Fluent in Portuguese and English - any other language will be a plus</li><li>University Degree or equivalent</li><li>Leadership and teamwork approach</li><li>Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p> </p><p><strong>Your development </strong></p><p>What's more, Accor offers you training in all the hotel jobs throughout your career and infinite possibilities for career development across multiple establishments and brands within the group's hotels.</p><p><strong>Our commitment to Diversity &amp; Inclusion:</strong></p><p>We are an inclusive company, and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.</p><p><strong>Why work for Accor?</strong></p><p>We are far more than a worldwide leader.
