Entry Level Building Maintenance $24-$25

Clean Harbors in North Kingstown, RI is seeking an Entry Level Building Maintenance (InSite Technician) to complete all assigned building maintenance on our client's site duties in a safe and responsible manner.  Hours are 230pm-11pm Mon-Fri

• Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and always acting in a safe manner
• Ensures all waste and containers are in acceptable shipping condition and organized for transport to recycle or distribution centers
• Prepare waste loads for shipment
• Housekeeping on the client's site 
• Perform minor repairs on equipment like changing oil (if you are mechanically inclined, we will train)
• Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines and procedures
• Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Work with minimal supervision at times
• Perform physical functions per job requirements
• Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous relevant experience
