About the Role:Join our dynamic team at Furniture Mart as a Retail Salesperson, where you will help customers find the perfect pieces to enhance their homes. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about furniture and customer service to drive sales and create memorable shopping experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored furniture solutions.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance.
• Stay updated on current promotions, product knowledge, and industry trends.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as necessary.
• Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Passion for home furnishings and a desire to help customers create their ideal spaces.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Ability to lift and move furniture items as required.
