Salary & Incentives
- Base Salary: 32-37/hr
- Monthly incentive bonus up to $2,500
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000 available
- Total compensation potential varies based on experience and performance

The Strasburg clinic provides a broad range of outpatient orthopedic services, including sports therapy, work injury rehabilitation, manual therapy, functional movement training, pain management, and chronic condition treatment. Job Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the PT
- Deliver evidence-based interventions including therapeutic exercise, functional training, and selected manual techniques within PTA scope
- Educate patients on exercise programs, injury prevention, and recovery
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with PTs, physicians, and clinic staff to support excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Colorado PTA license (or eligibility)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and functional movement
- New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
