SUMMARY
The RMA Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient processing and management of returned materials (RMAs), customer service requests, and internal service operations. This role is responsible for end-to-end handling of customer returns, coordinating logistics, maintaining system records, and supporting internal teams with order fulfillment and service documentation. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced technical service environment.

Duties
- Customer Support:
- Address customer requests for RMAs via email.
- Issue RMAs to customers.
- Provide customer support via email.
- Provide price quotes for valve repairs.
- Portal & System Management:
- Update customer portals.
- Update Valve Tracker.
- Returns & Service Operations:
- Receive all inbound RMA returns.
- Relocate valves as needed.
- Service Documentation & Pricing:
- Invoicing service orders.

100% inside, climate / noise-controlled office environment; lifting to less than 25 lbs.
Tasks require walking, sitting, bending, reaching, mobility, frequent lifting and pushing/pulling. Work requires computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and data-entry), attention to detail and accuracy. Communication skills including listening and speaking are required for interaction with other employees, vendors, and customers. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to balance multiple tasks and any stress associated with the duties and responsibilities of this position are essential requirements in the performance of this job.
