Job Title: Compliance Risk Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Hybrid, requiring 2 to 3 days in the office 


Job Summary:  We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Risk Manager to support revenue cycle integrity by overseeing audits and ensuring compliance with coding and billing regulations at local, state, and federal levels. This role will collaborate closely with the Claims Operations Manager to conduct monthly audits across various facilities, including hospitals, Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASC), and mobile units, with a specific focus on Anesthesia and Pain Management.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and conduct audits to ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.

- Collaborate with the Claims Operations Manager to complete monthly audits across multiple facilities.

- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations related to revenue cycle integrity.

- Maintain strong knowledge of medical chart requirements and coding standards.

- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding compliance issues and best practices.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

-  CPC or AHIMA certification equivalent. 

-  2–5 years of experience in inpatient/outpatient coding.

- Strong knowledge of medical chart requirements and coding compliance.

- Preferred experience in medical office management.


Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Proficient in relevant coding software and tools.
