Our Family Treatment Services provides comprehensive care for children and families aged 0-21 years. From in-office sessions to home and community-based services, we utilize a multidisciplinary team to address a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges through evidence-based practices. As the Outpatient Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring quality care and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Some Key Duties:

• Supervise and guide clinical and support staff, ensuring alignment with program goals, evidence-based practices, and agency standards.
• Act as a liaison between the FSFR team and Enhanced Foster Care teams at OHS and ODMHSAS.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to maintain high standards of service delivery, documentation, and compliance.
• Provide clinical services, including assessments, crisis counseling, therapy, and care coordination, when needed.
• Oversee workload distribution, productivity, and performance while fostering a trauma-informed, recovery-focused, and culturally competent team environment.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives, peer reviews, and continuous training to maintain a culture of growth and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Licensed professionals in mental health disciplines (or working toward licensure) OR hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field with case manager certification eligibility.
• Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and inspire teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid Oklahoma driver’s license, and current automobile liability insurance are required.
• Willingness to travel locally and adapt to the dynamic needs of the program.
