Join our growing Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) team as a Program Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in supporting patients, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, and helping advance innovative, evidence-based care models. This role requires the ability to effectively balance direct patient care with program leadership responsibilities, seamlessly transitioning between clinical support and operational oversight. Strong multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to support timekeeping, training, reporting, and staff development initiatives. You’ll partner closely with BHI leadership while coordinating essential program functions that enhance patient care, team effectiveness, and ongoing professional development.
