It isn’t a question.</span></b></p><p></p><p><b>About the role</b></p><p>We are seeking an experienced HR professional for the position of <b>Global</b> <b>People Data</b> <b>Analyst</b> within our Global People Data &amp; Analytics organization. The role offers global exposure and the opportunity to develop and grow within <b>the People Data &amp; Analytics</b> domain. You would be working alongside HR leadership on strategic data projects to help deliver our People Strategy in Haleon.</p><p></p><p><b><span>In this role you will…</span> </b></p><ul><li><p><span>Lead and coordinate various HR data projects that align with Haleon strategic goals and help optimize our human capital.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep dives into specific HR topics to generate actionable insights that support business decisions and strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Prepare and deliver presentations to HR leadership, translating complex data into clear and compelling narratives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with HR CoE leads, HR Business Leads, HR Business Partners and others to understand their data needs and provide top-tier analytical solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects, providing data-driven insights.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support HR dashboard users in query resolution, adoption activities, lead training sessions and curate user guidelines.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Why you?  </span></b></p><p><b><span>Qualifications &amp; Skills:</span> </b></p><ul><li><p><span>Minimum of 4 years experience in <b>HR analytics</b>, preferably in people analytics team</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven strong problem-solving, data analysis and data storytelling skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of a variety of HR systems and processes, metrics, practices and employment laws</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in working with confidential data and the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of data privacy principles</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced Excel skills, comfortable working with large volumes of data</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to function as a team player within a matrix organization, managing own priorities and communicating conflicting demands in a timely and appropriate manner</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent communication in English</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Preferred Qualifications &amp; Skills:</span> </b></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience in workforce reporting from an HRIS application </span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to deal with multiple projects and deliveries in parallel and manage a broad range of projects and tasks</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><b>Opportunities for growth  </b></span></p><p>None of us should ever feel like we are standing still.
