<p>Role : Brand Financial Controller – Synthesis & Methodological Lead for Brand and Global Innovation Financial Tracking: performance monitoring, management of budget processes, and oversight of strategic initiatives. </p>

<p><strong>Scope:</strong><br/>Global scope covering the Boursin and Kiri brands, as well as central marketing budgets.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Management:</strong><br/>Direct management of one team member responsible for monitoring marketing spend.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure consistency in financial tracking for brands within the team; proactively propose shared tools and methods (for monthly reviews, forecasts, budgets, business plans).</li>
<li>Guarantee the availability of shared data (Power BI, dynamic Excel tools, etc.).</li>
<li>Provide the Group with clear visibility on brand performance summaries (monthly, forecasts, budgets, business plans).</li>
<li>Ensure the brand perspective is fully considered during key decision moments and integrated within the Group's financial systems.</li>
<li>Monitor and coordinate central marketing budgets (research, activation, advertising for global brands).</li>
<li>Coordinate common tools and processes across the team, in collaboration with the Group FP&A team.</li>
<li>Diagnose and implement plans to improve brand profitability.</li>
<li>Oversee the financial tracking of the brand’s strategic prioritie.</li>
<li>Simulate product P&Ls for innovation and renovation projects, in close relation with marketing, product development, and operations teams.</li>

<p><strong>Performance Indicators and Impact (Qualitative & Quantitative):</strong></p>

<li>Relevance and persuasiveness of recommendations.</li>
<li>Understanding of the Group's strategic brand challenges and decision-making processes.</li>
<li>Ability to interact with senior management levels (Brand GM, Operations Director, RID Director).</li>
<li>Timeliness, quality, and reliability of reporting.</li>
<li>Ability to challenge brand and operations teams.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Your Profile</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance or Management.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Management Control.</li>
</ul>
