MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Essential Functions:
- Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies, regulatory requirements, and safe work practices while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Lead troubleshooting and repair efforts for equipment failures and production interruptions to support operational goals.
- Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS teams to support plant objectives and improve overall operational performance.
- Monitor and drive performance against key metrics including safety, quality, equipment reliability, downtime, preventive maintenance compliance, labor utilization, and maintenance cost performance.
- Utilize CMMS and maintenance data to prioritize work, manage resources, and improve maintenance effectiveness.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions for equipment failures, recurring issues, quality concerns, and operational losses.
- Support capital projects, equipment installations, process improvements, and reliability initiatives to enhance plant performance.
- Manage maintenance resources, contractor activities, budgets, and department workloads to ensure efficient and effective execution of maintenance activities.

Qualifications Required:
- 3-5 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with demonstrated experience managing employee performance, coaching, training, and development.
- Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance systems, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment, along with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Experience utilizing CMMS systems, analyzing maintenance KPIs, and driving improvements in safety, reliability, downtime reduction, and maintenance cost performance.
- Working knowledge of safety regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, environmental compliance requirements, contractor management, and risk mitigation processes.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Management, or a related technical field
- Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Manufacturing certification, or other continuous improvement training and experience
- Experience leading reliability improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and equipment performance optimization efforts
- Previous experience managing maintenance budgets, cost control activities, and capital improvement projects
- Manufacturing experience in glass, automotive, or other heavy industrial environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to frequently walk, stand, climb stairs and ladders, and access all areas of a manufacturing facility
- Ability to occasionally bend, kneel, squat, reach, push, pull, and lift to 40 pounds
- Ability to work in varying manufacturing environments, including exposure to heat, noise, dust, vibration, and outdoor weather conditions
- Ability to wear and utilize required personal protective equipment (PPE) and respond to operational or emergency situations as needed
