Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an experienced individual to join the USANA’s project management team as a program manager. In this position, you will play a key role in driving USANA's success by leading the implementation of innovative new products and projects. You will manage a team of PM support staff and be responsible for developing and expanding project objectives within your designated product line. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet project timelines and budget constraints. Building and maintaining strong relationships with product owners, stakeholders, and team members will be crucial to your success.
What You Will Do as USANA’s Program Manager
- Manages and mentors a team of Project Managers, Specialists, and Assistants, optimizing workloads to ensure all projects are delivered efficiently and on time
- Manages workloads and priorities for assigned product line
- Leads Scrum Product Teams and cross-functional project teams, driving efficient and timely execution of project processes. Ensures project deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations while achieving success metrics defined by the Sponsor
- Develops comprehensive Project Scopes, including requirements gathering and timeline development, ensuring all deliverables align with approved scope and gain necessary approvals
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication. Maintains comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including data repositories, timely status reports to management and project teams, and other relevant documentation
- Proactively manages change requests by effectively communicating the impact of scope changes to stakeholders. Ensures all project team members are promptly informed of changes, including updated timelines and scope expectations
Background and Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in business, production or an operations field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required. Agile training and experience are highly valued
- 5+ years of proven success in implementing and deploying complex projects across multiple departments and organizations
- Scrum certification and experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of multiple PM methodologies with ability to utilize these as needed per project
