Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled and versatile Technology Field Technician to join our team in Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in both IT support and security systems, including CCTV and access control. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can handle a diverse range of tasks and deliver excellent customer service to ensure smooth operations at our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software across multiple facilities.
• Provide both on-site and remote IT support to address technical issues efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including CCTV and access control.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of security equipment for optimal performance.
• Assess technology needs at various facilities and provide customized solutions.
• Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and service requests.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• 3 to 5 years in IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as 3 to 5 years working with CCTV and access control systems.
• Strong understanding of network configurations and protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with non-technical staff.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Texas as needed.

Preferred Certifications:

• CompTIA A+ or Network+
• Relevant certifications in security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control)
