- DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).
The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Payroll Team, the Senior Associate will support the overall corporate payroll functions including payroll processing, payroll tax administration, garnishment administration, reviewing and revising policies/procedures, and ad hoc reporting. In addition, the Senior Payroll Associate will maintain necessary vendor relationships and ensure payroll tax payments are in compliance with applicable county, state and local payroll tax laws.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day payroll processing, accounting, analysis and reporting in accordance with all applicable country, state and local laws
- Ensure accurate and timely payment and reporting compensation payable to employees, creating payroll and tax funding memo wire requests
- Ensure payroll tax reporting and remittances are timely and in compliance with applicable county, state and local tax laws
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Collaborate with various internal departments including Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Employer Relations and Treasury
- Align risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk

Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- FPC or CPP preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Oracle HCM or a cloud-based Payroll system preferred
