Your Impact

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Administrator to help maintain and improve our rapidly growing organization. This position will work as part of the Revenue Systems team and will focus on day to day management, configuration, QA/testing, technical support and training for the Salesforce CRM platform, and other integrated systems.

What You'll Do:

Location: Remotely from United States

Reports to: Sr. Director, Revenue Systems

Direct Reports: None

• Lead and manage end-to-end configuration, pricing, and quoting processes within Salesforce CPQ.
• Utilize extensive experience in all facets of Salesforce CPQ, including but not limited to product configuration, pricing strategies, and quote generation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for CPQ enhancements.
• Design and implement scalable solutions to optimize CPQ processes, ensuring mastery of all CPQ functionalities.
• Customize and maintain Salesforce CPQ objects, amendments, validation rules, flows, and approval processes.
• Provide technical expertise and support for CPQ integrations with other systems.
• Conduct regular training sessions for users to ensure effective utilization of the entire CPQ suite.
• Stay updated on Salesforce CPQ best practices and industry trends.

What You Bring:

• College degree or equivalent work/technical experience
• Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM-201)
• In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in all areas of Salesforce CPQ
• Strong understanding of quote to cash process and CPQ configuration
• Proficient in Salesforce administration and customizations
• 4+ years Salesforce administration in a mid-size or larger Salesforce organization
• Experience working with Salesforce custom (and standard) objects
• Experience working with both Classic and Lightning versions of Salesforce
• Experience with declarative features (workflow, process builder, etc) to accomplish process automation
• Experience with dev, partial, & full sandboxes to manage change revisions
• Experience with QA & regression testing
• Extreme proficiency in the use of data management tools such as Excel, Data Loader, DemandTools, etc

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation is made up of base pay, bonus, and stock awards. The starting base pay for this role is between USD 83,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 138,000 in the highest geographic market. The on target earnings range for this role is between USD 91,000 in the lowest geographic market and USD 163,000 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic market, and often a combination of all these factors.
