Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Working closely with the regional head of asset management and the fund team on the execution of business plans necessary to create portfolio value (leasing, redevelopment, etc.)
• Assisting with commercial processes including negotiations with existing tenants and leasing of vacancy (marketing, property tours, negotiation of leases, drafting lease contracts with legal team, other third party agreements...)
• Deep engagement with our occupiers to develop a full understanding of their business and its requirements;
• Assisting with the marketing efforts for available properties, both directly with our user base and more broadly through public channels.
• Working closely with the regional head of asset management on collaboration with leasing brokers.
• After some time onboarding into this new role, become the first point of contact for specific assets in our portfolios
• Managing/ collaborating with the third-party property management teams and project managers
• Assisting in implementing our ESG&R ambitions which is fully integrated into our business strategy
• Responsible for Asset management activity and performance reporting for the region, working closely with the regional head and the Fund team.
• Frequent property visits and meetings with our current / prospective occupier base. Summarize and distribute key data from these meetings.
• Highlight risks in the properties and develop measures for minimization through the annual business plan process
• Supporting the fund team and capital market project management team with financial modeling, investor reporting, hold sell analysis etc.
• Assist the regional Asset Management head with any asset disposition processes.
• Support investment sourcing goals through occupier, leasing broker and market activity.
• Supporting the investment due diligence and underwriting process.
• Oversee the onboarding of new assets working closely with the Investments and Fund teams.

Qualifications
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills including an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with real estate valuation methods, lease financial analysis, investment underwriting. Ability to conceive and execute on bespoke investment and strategic analyses
• Ability to support business plan execution by marshalling all necessary resources for plan execution
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts concisely
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Positive attitude and a very strong work ethic
• Attention to detail, highly organized and proactive
• Ability to learn quickly, a high degree of intellectual curiosity, and a passion for real estate and investing
• A commercial approach and a preference to network and collaborate
• Experience in lease negotiations and transaction closing within the logistics category
Education and/or Experience
• Master’s degree, majors in Economics, Finance or Real Estate preferred
• 3+/- years of professional real estate experience; logistic real estate experience is a plus
• Fluent in French and English
• Driving license mandatory
