Retail Sales Associate - Excalibur

Excalibur is looking for motivated individuals to join the team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role you will work at various retail outlets on property where you will provide a memorable shopping experience for our guests. If you have a passion for delivering the highest level of customer and guest service this is the opportunity for you!

THE JOB:

As a Retail Sales Associate you will deliver outstanding guest service, uphold consistent brand standards, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our guests. This includes working at various retail outlets on the property as required, where you will assist guests while they are shopping and handle checkouts efficiently.

THE STARTING RATE: $15/hr

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Engage all Guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments.

• Assist Guests with their needs and drive sales.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping.

• Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.

• Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively with guests.

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles preferred.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.

• Flexibility to work various hours/shifts as needed per on call status.

• Prior experience in a similar role that handles POS systems, cash handling, and merchandise.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays.
