The responsibilities include but are not limited to performing minor repairs, polishing and cleaning, recording meters and gauges, moving items, general landscaping and etc.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Perform general facility maintenance as delegated by the Maintenance Manager including repairing equipment and furniture, assembling and moving equipment and furniture, and general landscaping, while reporting any major repairs to management.</li> <li>Perform general custodial tasks like plumbing, cleaning and polishing furniture and fixtures, painting, mopping, sweeping, replenishing supplies, and disposing of trash.</li> <li>Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements.</li> <li>Assist with projects safely using hand tools to cut, shape, splice and fit fiberglass materials.</li> <li>Check and record information from meters and gauges to verify operation conditions are appropriate.</li> <li>Set-up and configure furniture according to floorplans to aid to the functionality of facility events.</li> <li>Assist with repairing and adjusting electrical, air conditioning and central cooling, ventilation, and heating systems.</li> </ul> <p>Education Qualifications</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>High School Diploma or its equiva
