Senior Manager, Order Management

The Opportunity:
The Manager of Order Management is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Order Management team, consisting of Contract QC, Contract Setup, and Deal Desk. This role will regularly interact and partner with cross functional Directors, Managers, and Sales Representatives. Additionally, the Manager of Order Management will contribute to the success of the Company’s Quote-to-Cash transformation program.
What you’ll do:
- Provide leadership and manage the daily activities of the Order Management Teams
- Establish processes to ensure all sales orders are properly set up in the company’s systems to ensure proper service delivery, billing, revenue recognition, and reporting
- Ensure Sales Opportunities are Closed/Won in Salesforce.com in a timely manner, with a focus on end of month deadlines
- Implement SOP's for the Order Management Teams
- Define SLA’s for the Order Management Teams
- Perform weekly/monthly audits on Order Management work and on Sales Orders to proactively resolve errors
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting for Order Management
- Work cross-functionally with other Financial Ops Managers to define and deploy best practices
- Play an active role in the testing and deployment of the Company’s Quote-to-Cash platform
- Lead and develop a high performing global team
To Qualify for the role, you will have:
- 5+ years of success in a team of a similar size with high-volume, fast-paced transactions around contract and order management.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration or Finance), or relevant experience with contract/order management.
- (Highly desired locations: NYC/Tri-state, Pittsburgh, Chattanooga, Portland, Boston, Chicago, Florida, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, or Houston)
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience with Salesforce (including PSA), Deltek, Conga, and DocuSign.
- Proven leadership of a global team.
