Everi is seeking a Technical Product Strategy Manager to lead and shape the strategic direction of a unique mobile gaming product. This highly visible role is ideal for a technically savvy product leader with strong strategic acumen, proven experience managing cross-functional teams, and a passion for building customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced, regulated industry.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Influence and contribute to the product’s overall product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
• Guide cross-functional software requirements across internal and external technical teams to ensure successful market execution.
• Act as a critical bridge between technical development teams and business stakeholders, influencing solution architecture and development best practices.
• Collaborate across leadership, business development, engineering, and professional services to help define product goals, go-to-market strategies, and success metrics.
• Proactively identify and communicate business/technical risks and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
• Implement methods to track and report product performance, execution, and business impact through dashboards and analytics.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives for next-gen product innovation, based on market trends, customer feedback, and research.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of Everi's product portfolio, including Loyalty, Wallet, Cash Access, Compliance & Mobile, and 3rd party gaming platforms.
• Champion system integration strategy, ensuring seamless data flow, system interoperability, and risk mitigation.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

• 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, or Technical Strategy roles.
• A technical mindset with deep understanding of how systems communicate, data flows, and software integrations.
• Ability to think holistically and evaluate systems end-to-end, documenting processes, workflows, and solution impacts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal — capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences, including executives.
• Hands-on experience in brick-and-mortar casino gaming or similar highly regulated industries is a plus. Experience in mobile and digital gaming would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience working with Agile development, product lifecycle tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and technical requirements documentation (e.g., UML).
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, scripting languages, and full-stack software development (Golang, iOS, Android in Linux environments desirable).

Ideal Candidate:

• Deep familiarity with Everi’s suite of products, especially those interacting with Vi.
• Technical product manager or integration manager background highly desired.
• Ability to understand technical impacts of change, mitigate risks, and maintain product integrity.
• Skilled in building customer and stakeholder relationships, articulating technical concepts with clarity.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
