What You'll Do:

As a critical member of our Solution Office team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing excellent coordination and support in our Test Automation efforts by ensuring smooth operations and identifying opportunities for procedures improvement
2. Adopting the responsibility of AI Community Moderation by ensuring meaningful community engagement and managing discussions and content shared. You will keep an eye out for adherence to our community guidelines and address member queries effectively. You will collaborate closely with extended teams inside SAP to bring AI best practices and guest experts in relevant topics. And develop a centralized platform for exchange of ideas and content.
3. Supporting the enhancement of our unit's marketing efforts by participating in the development and execution of strategic marketing plans, supporting the creation and distribution of promotional materials and tracking marketing performance metrics
4. Collaborating effectively with multiple departments to ensure alignment and integration of strategies and tasks
5. Leveraging your problem-solving skills to provide solutions for issues that arise in the different areas you will be touching.

 

What You Bring:

Our ideal candidate is one who brings the following attributes to the table:

1. Experience in Test Automation Coordination and Support, having previously worked with different tools and processes in a coordinated team environment
2. Strong experience or a keen interest in AI Community Moderation, with excellent communicative skills and a capacity to understand and manage member interactions
3. A solid understanding of marketing principles and a desire to expand this knowledge through improving the unit's marketing efforts
4. Strong problem-solving capabilities and an ability to think on your feet
5. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is a must, bringing proactivity, enthusiasm and a positive mindset to our team
6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing or a related field
7. Good written and verbal communication skills.
