Director- Engineering & EHS Product Line (Hybrid)

Job Description

As a Digital Leader, you will be responsible for the end-to-end ownership and delivery of global Digital capabilities within our Company Manufacturing Division, supporting the Maintenance & Engineering as well as Environmental, Health, and Safety product lines in close collaboration with Manufacturing Operating Units, Global Safety and Environment (GSE), and Global Engineering Solution (GES) organizations. In this role, you will lead Digital Products and Product Teams, driving technology innovation, value creation, and full life-cycle execution across various lines of business. You will work closely with senior leadership in shaping the digital and technology roadmap to align with business strategy and performance goals and be a member of the Digital Manufacturing value team leadership team.

Key Functions: 
•Work Independently and as a Team member with Integrity, Precision, Accomplishment, Motivational Ambition, Respect, and Inclusion.
•Manage and deliver Technology projects in regulated industry GMP, GCP, GXP, following SDLC.
•Serve as a Technology Partner to GSE and GES business units, engaging in strategic partner discussions and influencing business strategy with digital and technology solutions.
•Lead empowered product teams with a focus on business outcomes, bringing together business and technical expertise.
•Increase flexibility and accelerate time-to-market of solutions by leveraging modern IT practices such as Agile, Cloud, SaaS, DevSecOps, etc. 
•Take end-to-end accountability for products and underlying platforms, from ideation to ongoing maintenance, applying disciplined technology architecture and automation.
•Set the vision for a related set of products, orchestrating, prioritizing, and aligning them within the product lines, ensuring realization of the vision.

Education: 
•Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Required Experience: 
•Previous experience as a Site or IPT Engineering lead is a pre-requisite. 

•10+ years of experience delivering technology solutions and services. 
•Understanding of digital transformation in Manufacturing, Engineering, and EH&S domains, including end-to-end business processes and value streams.
•Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders, balancing tactical and strategic needs and leveraging a matrixed organization to deliver business outcomes.
•Strong quantitative skills, utilizing data and metrics to drive continuous improvement. Proven track record of building high-performing teams and selecting top talent. 
• Understanding of Information and Operations Technology systems in support of Manufacturing, Engineering, and EH&S. 
• Experience managing technology programs, including program delivery, financial management, vendor relationships, and staffing. 

Preferred Experience: 
•Experience in the pharmaceutical industry. 
• Manufacturing site operations experience. 
•Knowledge of business process re-engineering principles. 
•Strong understanding of Agile application development methodologies. 
•Experience in leading and supporting business transformation initiatives.
