We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team focused on building, evolving, and securing cloud infrastructure for a sophisticated, multi-application platform.

This role is ideal for someone with strong cloud and DevOps foundations who enjoys collaborating closely with engineering and product teams while contributing to technical decisions and mentoring others.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS, with exposure to GCP and Azure

• Deploy and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.)

• Support developers and product teams by troubleshooting infrastructure and deployment issues

• Enforce and promote security best practices, including least-privilege access and monitoring

• Contribute to technical decision-making, balancing business needs with technical constraints

• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and Engineering Leads to implement technical specifications

• Lead or support small teams on specific projects or initiatives when needed

• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to support team members’ professional growth

🧠 What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps or Systems Engineer

• 2+ years of hands-on experience running production environments in AWS

• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes, or similar)

• Scripting experience with Bash and/or Python

• Solid understanding of deployment strategies, testing frameworks, and system state management

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern build systems

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal

• Comfortable working in Mac or Linux environments

• Availability to collaborate synchronously during core hours (EST)

💡 Nice to Have

• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS)

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Argo CD

• Exposure to data-driven or analytics-heavy platforms

• Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance standards (ISO, SOC 2, etc.)
